Working with Digital Affair we used machine learning to develop The Brand Scale application for organisations looking to attract the right talent. The Brand Scale gives one score to the HR Department based on all of the key metrics that make an attractive organisation. It also provides recommendations.
The Brand Scale was developed instep with domain expert Digital Affair which has, for more than seven years, worked with organisations like QANTAS, Uber, Capgemini and Kellogs, distilling what makes an organisation truly attractive to potential candidates. Working with DA we undertook process mapping, interviews and developed a knowledge base around their systems and approach, in building employment branding value propositions.
We outlined an implementation strategy of how to take their domain knowledge and apply it to a data model within a system which could be used as a product for their clients.
We designed a unique system to capture, display and recommend strategies through engaging content to help their users increase their overall attractiveness to potential candidates.
We conducted an agile development phase building out their application ready for market use, while implementing their domain knowledge into a machine learning algorithm.
