The Connections Project team had a clear and robust communication strategy that had been developed. We reviewed their current strategic needs and outlined a strategy to implement technology that aligned with their goals, as well as accounting for the needs of their end-users - the farmers.
We designed a unique Help Centre that was accessible across mobile devices, meeting the farmers where they were at technically. The Help Centre accounted for the most sort after information by farmers, while also allowing them to easily find other important information in less than three clicks.
We developed the solution and its supporting website to round out the Help Center, aligning the Connections Project's online presence to serve its functional need, while supporting their overall brand and communications strategy.
